Abstract

Do you have a management system? A management system is a formal set of processes that help you create and operate a business. There are many books and methods out there that have tools to help us do that.

Based on the presenter’s experience both as a consultant and as an executive at large and small companies, we will show some best practice processes and how to pull them together into a cohesive management system to plan and win in the marketplace.

There are 3 specific methods or processes we will discuss at a high level, and then we will deep dive on a few specific tools within each to show the power of an integrated management system.

    • The Growth Institute’s Rockefeller Habits,
    • Afterburner’s Flawless Execution
    • Echelon Front’s, Jocko Willinik’s Extreme Accountability

We will examine these three items,  discuss ,and then look at some of the techniques from each that the attendee can take and use immediately!

We will also discuss the 5 to 10x improvements the presenter has been able to get using these combined methods. The attendee can then take back these nuggets of knowledge and apply them in their own organization.

After all, it pays to be a winner!
