Tina Agustiady
Lean Management Consultant, MetLife, Tampa, FL, USA, LSSMBB

Tina Agustiady is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Continuous Improvement Leader.

Her many activities and responsibilities include serving as the past Lean Division President and current Technical Vice President of Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE). She has served as a board director and chairman for the IISE annual conferences and Lean Six Sigma conferences.

Agustiady is an instructor who trains and certifies students for Lean, Six Sigma, Innovation, Design of Experiments and Business Process Management for IISE, Lean Sigma Corporation, Six Sigma Digest, and Villanova/Bisk University. She is a Subject Matter Expert, Professor and Course Designer for professional certification programs, including undergraduate and graduate degrees at Villanova University and Bisk Education.

Her accomplishments as a writer and author include serving as an editor for the International Journal of Six Sigma and Competitive Advantage. She has co-authored Statistical Techniques for Project Control, Sustainability: Utilizing Lean Six Sigma Techniques, Total Productive Maintenance: Strategies and Implementation Guide. She also authored Communication for Continuous Improvement Projects and her recently published book, Design for Six Sigma: A Practical Approach through Innovation. She is a series editor for CRC Press/Taylor and Francis series Continuous Improvement and Lean Innovation and Management.

She was honored to be a Feigenbaum medalist for 2016 and a Crosby medalist for 2018.

Call for Proposals

Proposal Submission Deadline:
October 11, 2019

Acceptance notification date:
November 11, 2019

Who May Submit: This online form may be used by a principal speaker, co-speaker, contact person, or a committee member submitting on behalf of a speaker.

Multiple Proposals: You may submit multiple proposals.

Conference Registration Fee:
The conference registration fee is waived for the principal speaker of accepted proposals. Speakers are responsible for their travel expenses and arrangements. Co-speakers will receive a 30% discount for the conference that they are presenting at.

Length of Presentations: Technical sessions are typically 35 minutes. There will be a limited number of "double" sessions, 70 minutes, at the end of each day.

You will need the following to submit a proposal

Proposal Title: Maximum 80 characters including spaces. 

Keywords:Please include three keywords with a maximum of 100 characters, including spaces. 

Industry Sector: Please select the most relevant Industry sector for the proposal from a list.

Abstract: The Abstract should be 1,500 to 5,000 characters (note that it is Characters, NOT words), including spaces.

Biography: The Biography must be 1,500 to 5,000 characters, including spaces.
