Randy Boyd

Randy holds a Master's Degree from Texas A&M University in Health Administration (MPA). He has over 25 years of experience in implementing all aspects of process management and quality improvement in both transactional and manufacturing environments. HIs focus has specialized in taking the manufacturing based Lean and Lean Six Sigma concepts to the services and transactional fields. Randy's goals have always been to drive executional excellence to the non-profit, not for profit, service, and transactional environments through the application and deployment of Lean Six Sigma, Design for Lean Six Sigma, and Business Process Management.

He served as the director of Quality Resources for Scott & White Health Services which is a fully integrated healthcare system in Central Texas.

He was a Sr. Partner for George Group, served as the Global Research and Development Lead for Accenture, and was a Principle at Firefly Consulting before joining University Federal Credit Union.

Randy is a Master Black Belt and holds certifications in Lean, Process Re-engineering, Quality Function Deployment, and Business Process Management.
