Kristine Bradley
Principal, Firefly Consulting, Austin, TX, USA


Kristine Bradley is a Principal with Firefly Consulting and an accomplished authority in deploying process improvement initiatives and delivering innovation tools to clients around the world. As a proven leader of organizational transformation, she places great emphasis on the development of client capability. She recently co-authored the book, Innovating Lean Six Sigma, published by McGraw Hill in 2016. She has worked extensively in organizational assessments, project management, Six Sigma, Lean, Design for Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, simulation and statistical modeling. 

She is a certified Master Black Belt in both Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma, and has trained or coached thousands of business leaders and practitioners in these methodologies over the last 25 years. She holds an MBA from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and earned the distinction of Fuqua Scholar. Additionally, she holds an MSc in mechanical engineering and a BS in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University.
