Kristine Bradley is a Principal with Firefly Consulting and an accomplished authority in deploying process improvement initiatives and delivering innovation tools to clients around the world. As a proven leader of organizational transformation, she places great emphasis on the development of client capability. Kristine has demonstrated expertise in organizational assessments, project management, Six Sigma, Lean, Design for Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, simulation and statistical modeling. Kristine’s global resume details many years of experience delivering high value consulting projects and mentoring others in their internalization of new tools and methodologies.
She has worked within insurance, logistics/distribution, chemical, manufacturing, oil and gas, medical device, healthcare, aerospace, electronics, retail and service companies ranging from $400M to $60B in annual revenue. Recently, Kristine managed a Lean Six Sigma deployment at a $40B healthcare organization. The deployment involved delivering strategic consulting projects centered on end to end, cross functional process improvement. This program returned 10X investment in the first year. Kristine is the co-author of Innovating Lean Six Sigma, published by McGraw Hill in 2016. She holds an MBA from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and earned the distinction of Fuqua Scholar.
Additionally, she holds an MSc in mechanical engineering and a BS in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University.
