Dennis J. Chakey, MBA, LSSMBB

Mr. Chakey is a results-driven performance excellence professional with “Hands-On” Toyota Production System and Lean Six Sigma experience improving enterprise-wide business and manufacturing processes, leading organizational change and managing large scale projects.

A University of Pittsburgh Computer Science Baccalaureate and MBA graduate, Mr. Chakey has 20+ years of cross sector business exposure improving enterprise operating performance for technology, manufacturing, healthcare, service and government organizations.

As an Accenture Federal Systems Consultant operating out of the Arlington, VA office and a National Graduate School of Quality Management Adjunct Professor, he currently assists the Eastern Region, United States Postal Service Master Black Belt, on all improvement and strategic planning initiatives.

The USPS Eastern Region operationally, consists of 35 processing and distribution centers, four national distribution centers and over 6,600 retail and delivery units.
