Mike Cobb, Ph. D.

Mike Cobb, Ph.D., is responsible for program management in the areas of business growth and operations enhancement. He has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur, business executive, scientist, and management consultant. His expertise includes the areas of executive leadership, strategic planning and execution, change management, operational design and execution, lean implementation, financial analysis and management, business economics, MandA/strategic alliance planning and implementation, and organizational development and training. He is on the board of advisors of the Georgia Tech School of Chemistry and Biochemistry and holds a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology and financial training from Carnegie Mellon University.

With over thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and consultant, Mike has a passion for helping people and organizations. He has advised business leaders in the areas of leadership development, change management, strategic planning, operations and product development. He has been an executive coach to C-level executives and managers and has provided interim internal leadership, in organizations across a broad range of industries. He is a founding partner of InnovaNet, offering a comprehensive array of services from concept-to-commercialization, with a focus on market analysis, product development, process development and market development.
