Bryan Collins
MBB, Kaiser Permanente, San Francisco, CA, USA

Bryan Collins is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is instrumental in coaching, mentoring and supporting the Kaiser Permanente organization. Bryan comes to Kaiser with over 15 years of experience, delivering results for various clients and organizations such as McKesson, Microsoft Corp., IBM, General Motors, Amazon.com, NBC Universal, Comcast, Time Warner Inc., United Parcel Service, AT&T, Sprint, and ABB, to name a few. 

Bryan has served as a key liaison between business and technology providers, forging business ideas into concrete requirements and solutions, focusing the majority of his time helping clients to improve business/financial processes (HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Logistics, Supply Chain Management). Bryan is skilled at implementing software systems and efficient business and IT controls, establishing effective documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. He is a highly motivated business partner with a reputation as a dynamic, innovative professional with a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering successful cost-effective, high-performance business processes, technology and information systems solutions for his clients. 

Bryan holds a BS and an MS in Computer Information Systems and holds his Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB) certifications. Also, Bryan is an active member of the National Association of Black Accountants.
