Creative Use of Visual Management at Crayola

Crayola’s Creative Department is responsible for creating brand relevant content such as packaging merchandising marketing and destination graphics. In 2019 over 850 projects were planned executed and delivered to key customers such as Walmart Target Disney and Nickelodeon. All of which have unique specifications and processes. By implementing basic Lean and Agile techniques the team was able to improve innovation WIP (work in progress) and delivery. Additionally this enabled the team to maintain velocity and accuracy during the Pandemic.
