Margaret Dospiljulian is a management consultant with Dospil & Associates, specializing in performance excellence and marketing. As an alumnus of Deloitte’s management consulting practice and Baxter’s Hospital Distribution Division, she’s had the opportunity to manage teams of over 100 and marketing portfolios of over $250 million. Combining her line and P&L experiences across all industries with the principles and values of the Baldrige Framework, Lean, LSS, and Change Management, Margaret uses “how”, “why”, and her E3x2 Playbook to coach clients toward positively impacting their performance, while increasing CX and employee engagement. In addition to sitting on panels and speaking, she has continued donating time to the field by volunteering as: a Judge for ILPEx; Chair of BOT’s Volunteer Community Team for IMEC; a multi-year National Baldrige Senior Examiner; a multi-year member of the AME International Annual Conference Planning Committee; a Northwestern Alumni mentor for its engineering and Kellogg MBA students; and a member of Bradley University’s Executive Advisory Council assisting in brainstorming a sustainable engineering and business educational structure to better impact the future of work and the workplace. Margaret’s penchant for creatively and systematically searching out optimal solutions to move from the current state to a future state are rooted in her BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Industrial Engineering while concurrently in NU’s Kellogg MBA program.
