As an experienced Lean practitioner, Patrick has worked in a broad range of industries large and small with experience in both discrete as well as process environments. He has held positions from project engineer to VP of manufacturing along with 14 years as a Lean consultant domestically and in Canada. Throughout his career, continuous improvement has been his main focus with success’s primarily involved in helping companies on the verge of collapse become profitable businesses again. Companies worked for or with include American Lock, Harley Davidson, Holiday Rambler, Patrick Industries, Falconbridge Mining, Malinkrodt Pharmaceutical, US Pipe, Honeywell Aerospace, Mcwane Ductile and Sargent Lock to name a few. He currently works as Director of Continuous Improvement at Kessington Aerospace implementing Lean concepts in conjunction with AI technology. Kessington, manufacturing complex parts to the Aerospace industry, has utilized AI to manage their diverse product load and customer due dates to an on time delivery rate maintaining in the high ninety’s.
