As six sigma continues to burn through it’s lifecycle, there is more and more pressure to find and execute meaningful projects that yield great business results.

Many belt candidates implement these projects and just go through the numbers in an effort to get the project done as quick as possible. The standard results ultimately give the process a bad name.

In this session, we will look at some ways to make some of the key process deliverables more prime vs. select or mediocre.

We will learn ways to take some of the standard continuous improvement tools and methods and sharpen them for better results. We will also look at adding some tools and techniques from the data science space to baseline process performance, narrow down root cause and find sustainable solutions.

Through the use of case studies and actual project examples, CI practitioners will learn how to apply these tools while executing or coaching projects ultimately delivering prime results for your business!

Conference Chair's Message

Joel Smith

Continuous Improvement is not just something a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) practitioner leads their organization in practicing, but is also a core competency of their professional makeup. That is why more and more innovative and leading companies are looking for leaders that use the LSS way of thinking in everything they do within their organization.

In this era of data science and machine learning, the ability to connect the dots for end to end solutions across the boundaries of people, process and systems is the key to success. This year’s conference is focused on making sure we are “continuing” our journey as practitioners. Whatever your level of experience, you will learn new concepts, new perspectives and network with the best in the industry.
