Connie Flores has over 20+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement. She managed the quality improvement efforts at the American Red Cross of Connecticut to ensure the safety of the blood supply for the American people.

The past 10 Years of Lean Experience has been at Hartford Healthcare as the Director of Quality and Process Improvement for Clinical Laboratory Partners, then as a Lean Sensei at the System Support Office and now at the flagship Hartford Hospital. Connie works with the Executive leadership team in the areas of strategy deployment, coaching and the Lean Management system. She has led multiple Kaizens (rapid improvement events) with cross functional teams to transform patient care and customer experience.

Mrs. Flores holds an MBA in Allied Health Administration from University of Connecticut and a Bachelor Medical Technology from the University of Hartford. She is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (ASQ), Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ) and Certified Medical Technologist (ASCP).
