ABSTRACT

Rapid Continuous Improvement is a strategic pillar supporting the vision of Dr Pepper Snapple Group to continue building its brands and be the best beverage business in the Americas. This presentation will discuss specific examples of how RCI has been leveraged to focus the organization's efforts to grow sales and distribution in an increasingly complex and competitive environment. These activities have not only shown to directly benefit DPSG, but its retail partners as well. You will find by keeping the initiative simple and using just a handful of tools, Black Belts with limited background in sales can be successful.
