Arun Hariharan

Founder and CEO, The CPi Coach (cpicoach.webs.com), Mumbai, India

Arun Hariharan is a Quality practitioner with 3 decades of implementation experience. He is the author of 3 books: Continuous Permanent Improvement (ASQ 2014), The Strategic Knowledge Management Handbook (ASQ 2015) and Humor in Quality (KDP 2015). He has helped several large companies in diverse industries achieve substantial business results through strategy quality programs. His forte is to help companies make quality their strategy. Companies where he has led quality have also ushered a culture of Quality and customer focus across the organization.

Arun is the Founder & CEO of The CPi Coach, a company that provides consulting and training in Quality, Knowledge management, Performance management and related areas.

Former positions held by Arun include:

• President-Quality & Knowledge Management at Reliance Capital Group, one of India’s largest financial services groups

• Senior Vice President-Quality & Knowledge Management at Bharti Airtel Ltd, India’s largest telecom company

• Head of Knowledge Management at RPG Group, a large diverse conglomerate

• Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Management Consulting.

He is also the author of nearly 70 published articles on Quality and Knowledge Management.

Arun’s education includes MBA and M.S. degrees from the University of Illinois.
