William Houser is the President of the consulting firm, Eagle Force, Inc. As a consultant Bill provides client support to achieve simultaneous productivity and quality improvement. The approach emphasizes productivity enhancement techniques such as: problem solving techniques, Just-In-Time, setup reduction, downtime reduction; and integrated quality improvement initiatives including: ISO 9000, TS 16949, AS 9100, AS 9110, ISO 17025; and safety and environmental systems meeting OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

Bill has successfully consulted for over 100 organizations seeking certification to ISO 9000 or one of the ISO based standards.

Prior to founding Eagle Force, Bill held quality, product service, operations, and general management positions in diverse businesses including consumer and capital goods, automotive, electronics, ordnance, and aerospace.

Bill has done work for or been employed by organizations including: United States Army, Navy and Air Force; T-FAL (Groupe SEB); Continental Tire; Dayton Walther; Lockheed Martin; King Machine; Pactiv; Ford; Clark Equipment; Coopers & Lybrand; Huffy; Newport News Shipbuilding; Case IH; Packaging Corporation of America; Walker Muffler; Monroe Shock Absorber; and Albright and Wilson Chemicals.

Bill has been had papers published in a number of national publications, developed and authored "ISO 9000 Quality System Guidelines", "The Road Map to Changeover Improvement", coauthored the book "Business Partnering for Continuous Improvement" and “The Wall Street Diet”, several E-Learning courses, and has spoken at a number of national conventions including IIE and ASQ.

Bill holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, is a Registered Professional Engineer in Quality, is a qualified ISO 9000 lead examiner, and has passed the Certified Quality Engineering exam.
