Dr. David Kashmer is Chair of Surgery at a 30+, multi-specialty surgeon group in Massachusetts. He specializes in quality control and has shown a statistically significant improvement across multiple hospital initiatives. He established a company in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery that represents innovation in short-term staffing using Lean Startup methodology. He is also the author and creator of an online venue for business model innovation in healthcare, leveraging social media in a HIPAA-compliant, positive way to explain techniques of quality improvement and service-line startup methodology. His passion is to bring advanced quality tools into the healthcare setting.
