Susan LaCasse

Susan is a unique combination of coach, catalyst and trusted adviser. Susan has a practical, straightforward style. She meets people where they are and is able to connect with leaders at all levels, from the boardroom to the shop floor. She is a student of human behavior, constantly seeking the latest in theories and tools; she also understands how organizations work. Susan uses this combination to help her clients create positive, lasting change.

Susan is an experienced keynote speaker and workshop facilitator. She strives to create a dynamic, thought-provoking experience, leaving the audience inspired, determined, and armed with ideas, tools, and concrete action steps.

Susan founded Leaderscapes in 2006. She is a Certified Business Coach and an active affiliate of the Trusted Advisers Network (TAN) in Reading, PA. With TAN, she is part of a network of skilled coaches throughout the United States. Susan is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Leadership Program and has also studied Transformational Neuroscience Coaching with Be Above Leadership, LLC.

Susan holds a Master’s degree in Training and Human Resource Development from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, and Bachelor’s degrees in English and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. She has taught strategy and leadership courses at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in the Organizational Leadership Master’s Degree Program.
