• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, managed/participated in high impact projects. Harley Davidson’s First Pass Yield improvement Project realizing over $250K cost of quality savings; wheels sub-assembly to reduce cosmetic issues and high reject rate, realizing a 40% drop ($324K to $199K) in scrap rate from 1st Quarter 2016 to 2nd Quarter 2016 while Cosmetic issues dropped significantly. Several others available.

• Published and presented Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Paper 2009-01-2833

• Led industry team to develop a recommended practice for paint and finish performance identifying relevant ASTM test procedures and performance criteria

• Currently leads the KC Plant Quality department and staff for second shift (15+ direct reports - NCM, Metrology - Fab & Assembly, Torque Auditors, Final Vehicle Auditors, QE’s and Quality Techs)
