In today's global Biotech industry in order to stay competitive, efficient and deliver quality products on time, on cost, it is crucial to embrace Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence. This presentation will take you through the Global OE journey that Bio-Rad has launched in 2015. From building a global program that enables transparency, breaking silos, engagement, recognition and sustainability. It is not an easy journey but a rewarding one! We will discuss about how we built a strong program globally taking in consideration the different cultures and ways of doing business, while ensuring standardization and change management along the way. We are very proud of what we have accomplished so far at Bio-Rad and the journey is now expanding to the entire organization.

Conference Chair's Message

Joel Smith

Continuous Improvement is not just something a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) practitioner leads their organization in practicing, but is also a core competency of their professional makeup. That is why more and more innovative and leading companies are looking for leaders that use the LSS way of thinking in everything they do within their organization.

In this era of data science and machine learning, the ability to connect the dots for end to end solutions across the boundaries of people, process and systems is the key to success. This year’s conference is focused on making sure we are “continuing” our journey as practitioners. Whatever your level of experience, you will learn new concepts, new perspectives and network with the best in the industry.
