Abstract
Lean Six Sigma focuses on improving processes; how can LSS become even more impactful through harvesting the power of coaching individuals and their teams? Individual coaching is reviewed both from an “outside-in” behavioral perspective as well as an “inside-out” perspective linking head, heart and gut. Examples of how to measure both these forms or individual leadership growth are shared. We will visit examples of how leading and lagging measurements play a vital role in the robustness of individual coaching.
The most successful leaders build their careers on habits. As leaders gain more responsibility, the habits which helped them early in their careers can become ineffective. We will explore these ineffective habits of successful leaders and what techniques have been used to help unlearn these habits and replace them with useful habits.
How can leaders unleash the potential of their teams and improve at the same time? Together we will learn a highly time efficient and effective tool which has helped thousands of successful leaders to do just that.
The audience will leave with immediately applicable, practical tips and experiments they can use in their everyday work with colleagues.
