KK Moore

KK Moore is a talented professional with over 25 years of experience in training and consulting with diverse industries resulting in significant process improvements. She is a mature problem solver with a solid customer focus.

KK currently serves as Senior Master Black Belt for Shaw Industries Group. In this role, she is responsible for curriculum design and materials development for Shaw’s Lean Six Sigma initiative. She has trained over 1,000 Black Belts and Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma process improvement techniques. She also mentors Black Belt candidates on strategic cross-functional projects and partners with business leaders to support organizational Lean Six Sigma strategies. As a result of this initiative, Shaw has realized savings to date of over $1.5 billion.

KK also serves as a data scientist, providing consulting support to a variety of industries in the application of statistical tools and techniques to organizational data. She has developed, customized, and delivered the following courses: Lean Six Sigma Executive Overview for the Healthcare Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training for the Healthcare Professional.

 Although experienced in a variety of industries, KK has special expertise in the service sector. For example, her work resulted in measurable success such as:

Not only is she noted for her pioneering work in the application of experimental design techniques to transactional processes, but she is also noted for her unique ability to communicate powerful statistical methods in a manner that is understandable and usable to all levels of an organization to enhance applications. Prior to becoming a statistical consultant, KK began her career as a high school mathematics instructor, teaching courses ranging from algebra to advanced placement calculus. Upon returning to school for her advanced degree, she continued teaching as an instructor of undergraduate statistics. When teaching the Lean Six Sigma methodology, statistical tools and techniques, KK consistently receives top ratings from her clients.
