LEAN SIX SIGMA WORLD CONFERENCE SPEAKER

BIOGRAPHY

Nikki Murrow

Lean Strategy and Implementation Manager, Hallmark, Kansas City, MO, USA

Nikki Morrow has worked for Hallmark Cards, Inc. for more than 21 years. Her career began in manufacturing, utilizing her Printing Management degree to supervise various printing processes and departments. While she enjoyed the technical challenges of working in a manufacturing environment, she soon realized that process development and improvement was her underlying passion. Nikki has been able to contribute to Hallmark’s success by aligning her technical skills and knowledge with her ability to drive critical improvements in many organizations including Global Procurement, Creative, Product Integrity, and Field Service/Installation.

Nikki’s improvement mindset and passion for Lean have led her to her current position as a Lean Strategy and Implementation Manager. This role provides her the opportunity to teach and coach Lean and Problem Solving (Plan, Do, Check, Act) principles at all levels within Hallmark and its subsidiaries to help create a culture of customer-focused, daily improvement.
