Greg Robertson is a certified innovation, Lean and Six Sigma expert who created and led Black & Veatch’s award winning business excellence program for more than 6 years. Greg was involved in hundreds of multi-disciplined improvement projects spanning all aspects of the company’s operations yielding total net benefits of more than $40M.

Over the last 20+ years Greg has been drawn to transformational roles that utilized his problem solving abilities, creativity, planning, and facilitation/leadership skills. His roles have included group turn-around situations, program development and roll-out, role creation and development, and team transformation. His passion is to help organizations and teams innovate and improve mission critical processes that create business value while developing entrepreneurial, collaborative leaders that can successfully execute company strategies.

His problem solving approach transfers to many business areas (Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, HR, Finance, and IT) and industries (Engineering/ Construction, Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing) where process excellence is critical to achieve profitable growth.
