Gregory W. Robertson

Lean Strategy and Implementation Manager, Hallmark Cards, Kansas City, MO, USA

Greg Robertson is a certified Innovation leader, Lean expert and Six Sigma Master Black Belt who created and led Black & Veatch Corporation’s award winning business excellence program until 2010. He is currently a Lean Strategy and Implementation leader with Hallmark Cards Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri supporting the organizations drive for process innovation, waste elimination and continuous improvement. Over his career, Greg has been involved in hundreds of multi- disciplined improvement projects spanning a wide range of business areas including supply chain, engineering, operations, HR, finance and IT, yielding benefits of more than $150M. Over the last 20+ years Greg has been drawn to transformational roles that utilized his problem solving abilities, creativity, planning, and facilitation/leadership skills. He has held executive leadership roles in the areas Lean and Six Sigma, business operations, procurement, engineering as well as internal audit. His passion is to help organizations and teams innovate and improve mission critical processes that generate business value while developing entrepreneurial, collaborative leaders that can successfully execute company strategies.
