Mohamed Saleh has been a practitioner in Lean & Six Sigma transformations for the past several years, in both manufacturing and service sectors. Mr. Saleh was directly mentored by one of the country’s foremost experts on enterprise-wide Lean transformation and the Toyota Production System (TPS). He has extensive experience in hands-on healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, network optimization and enterprise information systems.
With over 18 years of experience, Mohamed has worked at Hartford Healthcare as the Director of Continuous Improvement for the Medical Group, lead facilitator at Hartford Hospital and now as the Director of the Lean Office. Prior to healthcare, he worked at Franklin Products a division of Boeing Aerospace.
Mr. Saleh is a professor at Central Connecticut State University for the Graduate Department of Engineering and Technology Management with a focus on Lean Management, Operational Management and Project Management and a Principle at Vizibility, llc. He holds a Masters in Engineering and Technology Management and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University. Mohamed is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt ((Kaplan University) and has served as a Malcolm Baldrige Examiner (PIPEX).
