Amy graduated from Lafayette College with a BS in Chemical Engineering. From there she worked at Avantor Performance Materials formerly known as JTBaker Chemical Company as a Manager of Operational Excellence. She was certified as a Black Belt and Master Black Belt by Tyco Healthcare and has attained ASQ CQE and CQA., She is a follower of Dr. Donald Wheeler and fan of his work using SPC. She also has certified in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Management with the University of Kentucky and Institute for Lean Systems. At Greene, Tweed she manages continuous improvement, bridging manufacturing and quality goals in rubber and plastics processing and fabrication in Lansdale, PA. For over 20 years of experience in continuous improvement her tag line has been "there can always be a better way". She lives in Allentown, PA with her family and enjoys playing sports of all kinds, home improvements and traveling.
