Frank has lived in East Africa, Europe and worked in 46 countries – mostly EU, Asia, Africa & Middle East. Frank has twenty+ years in international energy, infrastructure development and project management. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt, Agile, and SAFe Scrum Master.
