BIOGRAPHY


Jeanne Sirovatka, Ph.D.
Senior Director, Continuous Improvement, Fresenius Kabi, Melrose Park, IL, USA

Dr. Jeanne Sirovatka received her BS in Chemistry from Princeton University and a commission as a second lieutenant in the US Army. She earned her Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Colorado State, and was an NIH postdoctoral fellow at the University of Michigan. After joining Roche Pharmaceuticals as an analytical chemist in 2002 and managing product scaleup and launch, she became the site Operational Excellence Leader during the launch of the global Roche Operational Excellence program. 

Jeanne trained with Dr. Ken Feldman and certified as a Master Black Belt while at Roche, and was part of the integration of Operational Excellence between Roche and Genentech. After serving as the site head of Quality at Roche, she later led lean laboratories at Sandoz as the Associate Director of Quality Control. She is currently the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement and Organizational Development within Global Operations Generics and Standard Solutions at Fresenius Kabi, where she is accountable for all CI and Organizational Development activities within USA manufacturing.
