Rick Thompson is a passionate Continuous Improvement professional in the United States Postal Service. He is an experienced Lean Leader and Black Belt with over 9 years of practice. His collection of profitable projects have touched almost every aspect of the United States Postal Service to include processing, delivery, transportation, retail and sales. Some of his specialties include big data analysis, beautiful graphical representation of data, project management, coaching and Kaizen facilitation. His current role is national Black Belt trainer and Head of the Marketing and Communication Board for Continuous Improvement.
