Since Covid, organizations has significantly reduced travel and in-person meetings due to implemented safety protocols. Creation Technologies has adopted LEAN as their continuous improvement methodology, and has expanded its application from the manufacturing shop floor to the transactional supporting functions. As part of the LEAN body of knowledge, Kaizen Events is a foundational method of developing new process standards. The safety protocols practically eliminated the ability to execute kaizen events, until the Global CI Team developed a virtual platform that has made doing kaizen events possible again, and even much more impactful towards getting results.
