Michael Walsh
CPIM, QI, LSSMBB, Lean Sensei, President, QSG-Lean Sigma Learning Center, West Yarmouth, MA, USA

Michael established QSG-Lean Sigma Associates in 1996; providing Business/Management Education - Skills Training and Mentored Workforce Development - Lean Six Sigma Education and Certifications, for its domestic and international clients.

QSG/LSA specializes in Global Supply Chain Management, Continuous & Process Improvement, Customer Service and Success, Lean Thinking, Lean Mapping, Lean Quality, Lean Team Building, Problem Solving & Corrective Action, Lean Sigma Yellow, Green & Black Belt Certification, QMS – Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001-2008 conversions to 2015.

Michael has over 35 years of business experience in Senior Management/Executive positions. His Operating and Management experience includes Supply Chain, Material Planning, Global Sourcing, Strategic Quality, Inventory Management & Control, Logistics & Distribution, Production, and Security. Mike served on the APICS Board of Directors as the Body of Knowledge Director, Voice of the Customer Director and Executive Vice President.

As a Consultant; a Practitioner, an Author and as an Educator, Mike has been and continues to be a frequently invited speaker at National and International conferences and workshops (e.g., APICS, ISM, Lean Six Sigma/ISO World, London Continuous Improvement, Lean Conference of Ireland). He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the opportunity at hand.

Michael is very passionate about developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes among new audiences’ ready to learn and then apply those lessons within the workplace.
