Tom Weeks is director of client solutions at Arbinger. He is a certified Arbinger facilitator and has experience in driving successful transformation both as a facilitator and coach in a large technical organization and through implementation of the Arbinger material as an executive managing a global IT team. Tom has over 20 years experience in IT and digital technology as a business owner, consultant, and in executive management helping organizations tackle technology problems through a combination of solid delivery, effective process, and focused team building. He has a passion for helping build effective organizations that deliver outstanding results in every way. He has worked with many teams and has seen first hand the positive impact of an outward mindset on productivity and overall organizational effectiveness. 

Tom has a degree in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Harbert School of Business at Auburn University. He loves to read and spend time with his wife and six children.
