Currently Vice President of Operational Excellence at Dean Foods overseeing end to end process improvement, building capabilities and operational strategies. She has over 20 years of Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience in the food, beverage and agriculture industries.
Kathy has extensive professional experience leveraging Lean methodologies to drive major organizational transformations. She has lead several disciplines within Supply Chain from Business Transformation, Productivity and Value Engineering, Contract Manufacturing, Commercialization, Quality Engineer and R&D.
She has worked for the top industry leaders in their category such as General Mills, Heinz, PepsiCo, McCain, and Land O’Lakes.
Kathy obtained her BS in Pre-Med/Chemistry at Loyola University of Chicago and MBA in Technology from University of Phoenix. She has several developmental certifications in Strategy from Columbia Business School.
Kathy also served in United States Army as Captain, Adjutant General Branch, Civil Affairs as part of the Special Forces unit.
Kathy lives in Dallas, TX with her four-legged little girl Madeline and has a son Christian who is away in college.
