Andy has more than 15 years of experience in leading Plants and Operations. He is skilled in executing complex organizational lean transformations and production system cultures. His well-rounded leadership style blends analytical ability with best practice and behavioral drivers to empower and build highly effective teams. Andy’s experience was built through roles with Caterpillar, Bonnell Aluminum, Wabash National, Air System Components, Liberty Mutual and most recently Monsanto. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, holds advanced Lean Practitioner Certifications from Purdue University and is certified in Organizational Training and Design from Kent State University. Andy obtained an M.S. Industrial Technology from Purdue University and his B.S. Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
