8 Years of Continuous Improvement Experience with progressive responsibility from site level black belt to organization wide continuous improvement resource. Led multiple kaizen events in transactional and manufacturing including SMED, Pull Systems, Batch Size Optimization, Lead Time Reduction, Value Stream Management, On-Time Performance Improvement, Margin Enhancement. Also have taught black belt classes in the US, Europe, China, and India. Experience from ITT Corporation, Xylem Inc., Colfax Corp (a Danaher sister company), and Interstate Batteries. M.S. Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.
