Dr. Melinda D. Hollingshed

Assistant Industrial Engineering Professor, Mercer University, Macon, GA, USA

Dr. Melinda Hollingshed is currently an Assistant Industrial Engineering Professor at Mercer University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an American Society for Quality Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to working in academia, Melinda worked in the corporate world leading Lean Six Sigma projects for various manufacturing and distribution companies and training Green Belts. Melinda has also developed training courses to assist professionals looking to achieve American Society for Quality Green Belt Certification. Her research interests include developing and standardizing optimal industry-specific Lean Six Sigma training programs and curriculums.
