ABSTRACT An Exercise to Convince Others How to Get More Done in Less TimeLearn the secret to getting more projects/tasks/activities done in less time. Maybe you already know the secret, but quickly convincing management and others is counter-intuitive and challenging. If it was so easy, more managers and organizations would know it and do it – but they don’t. Through an exercise, let them convince themselves. In this interactive session, you will do and debrief a short, “homegrown” exercise (using materials you already have available). If you or others get this one aspect wrong, nothing else matters with regards to getting improvements, problem solving, projects and other major tasks/activities done. Learn from real examples where changes brought success. Hear why one VP ran out of the room after doing this exercise and debrief telling all his employees to stop working on improvement projects until he got back. Understand why it is one of the most important points in training managers and “doers” in their roles to ensure improvement and problem-solving success. | BIOGRAPHY Marco LuzzattiMaster Black Belt, Train-the-Trainer, Greenville Technical College, Greenville, SC, USA Marco Luzzatti is a business and organization trainer, consultant and program coordinator with Greenville Technical College in Greenville, SC.
