What Makes This Conference a Cut Above the Rest?

Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts, and Yellow Belts come together each spring to network, learn from the most experienced practitioners in Lean Six Sigma, and exchange ideas.  The American Quality Institute (AQI) will once again host the Lean Six Sigma World Conference in 2018, building on the success of the highly acclaimed 2017 event.

Internationally recognized speakers will address the crowd at this leading event for process improvement professionals.  With multiple keynotes, 50+ breakout sessions, expanded sessions and pre- and post-conference activities, the 2018 event aims to be the most comprehensive Lean Six Sigma conference yet again.

The conference attracts international and national experts on topics including innovation, process improvement, and value creation.  The 2018 Lean Six Sigma World Conference attracts representatives from all government, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations to share experiences.

Conference Chair's Message

Joel Smith

Continuous Improvement is not just something a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) practitioner leads their organization in practicing, but is also a core competency of their professional makeup. That is why more and more innovative and leading companies are looking for leaders that use the LSS way of thinking in everything they do within their organization.

In this era of data science and machine learning, the ability to connect the dots for end to end solutions across the boundaries of people, process and systems is the key to success. This year’s conference is focused on making sure we are “continuing” our journey as practitioners. Whatever your level of experience, you will learn new concepts, new perspectives and network with the best in the industry.
