Lana Rousakovski

Lead Performance Improvement Leader, Cerner, Downingtown, PA, USA


Lana is a Lead Performance Improvement Leader within Enterprise Process Improvement (EPI) team in Cerner. As a member of the EPI, Lana utilizes Teach-Lead-Connect framework to support various Cerner teams and associates by providing the right training, support and tools to effectively solve problems and build a culture of continuous improvement. Throughout her career, Lana participated and led numerous six sigma and lean improvement projects. From the beginning of her career in software testing and later in formal process improvement organization, Lana has always challenged status quo, drove organizations toward innovations and effective problem solving. In the last year, Lana has been focused on driving the implementation of the Daily Management System (DMS) to selective teams in Cerner. In addition to leading process improvements and implementation of the DMS, Lana has been coaching and developing her peers on PDCA, A3, Kaizen and various process improvement techniques and tools. Lana has more than 25 years of experience in software development and testing, leadership, and process improvement. Lana holds B.A. degree in Statistics, Operational Research and History from Tel-Aviv University, M.Sc. degree in Engineering Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
