Chemical Engineer with 32 years of continuous work history in the Oil and Gas
Production sector at Chevron Corporation across seven locations worldwide. The
last 14 years with Chevron were deploying Lean Six Sigma as a bottom-up
initiative, eventually becoming a corporate-wide program with several hundred
teams generating verified financial benefits of over 1.5 billion dollars.
Steve has a
demonstrated ability to create and sustain a successful process improvement
deployment. His strengths include program startups and reviews, training, mentoring,
and consulting / facilitation of improvement teams.
Leveraging
his skills in photography, Steve is sharing his knowledge of process
improvement by creating high-end blended-learning training courses. These
include Process Improvement Overview – White Belt, Introduction to Process
Improvement – Yellow Belt, and Process Improvement for Leaders.
