Bill Zeeb is the Founder of infinitas, a Swiss based coaching boutique accompanying successful leaders and their teams to measurably strengthen their leadership muscle. A LSS MBB who trained and coached 2,000+ LSS, he believes that leadership is the most difficult aspect of continuous improvement. His mission is to create awareness of the choice we all have to apply continuous improvement to our own leadership and to help leaders develop from great to awesome.
Building on 20 years in roles of increasing responsibility in industry and consulting, Bill focuses since 2016 on systemic team and leadership coaching. He is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1,400 hours coaching experience serving 140 individuals and teams. Recognized as one of 25 Master certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaches(MGSCC) from over 7,000 MGSCC coaches globally. Bill has been invited by Marshall Goldsmith to join the MG100 Coaches Europe from 17,000 applicants. He served as advisor and is profiled as a coach in the documentary film An Earned Life which traces the evolution of leadership coaching over 40 years.
Continuous Leadership Growth is Bill’s focus. He regularly seeks out and collaborates with recognized thought leaders in coaching including Dr. Marshall Goldsmith and the 100 Coaches organization he created, Dr. David Peterson, former Head of Coaching at Google, and Prof. David Clutterbuck and Prof. Peter Hawkins who co-created the Global Team Coaching Institute.
Bill has worked in leadership roles in Sales, Finance and Continuous Improvement in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, aerospace, machine tools, retail automotive. His experience spans work with startups including the Swiss Entrepreneur of the Year to some of the large industrial organizations.
A frequent speaker at conferences including the IQPC Lean Six Sigma Summit in Amsterdam and the SPAC Lean Six Summit in Turkey, Bill is appreciated for the energy he shares with his audience and the inspiration he brings from the stories he shares.
